Founding Partner Bill Rawlings has been a practicing attorney since 1980. He has extensive litigation experience involving both court and jury trials. He is licensed in Utah, California and Idaho. He is currently a member of numerous legal associations and has sat as a Superior Court Arbitrator.
Prior to starting his own private practice, Mr. Rawlings was a personal injury adjuster and defense attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation. He has used his insider knowledge of the insurance defense system to work in favor of people who have been injured through no fault of their own. For the past 30 years, his Firm has concentrated on handling personal injury cases, specializing in all serious injury/accident and death cases.
